Improvements/Features:
- Add Nightmares stage, which can be unlocked after defeating all the bosses (currently only 2 bosses).
- Add double jump (Nightmares stage only).
- Add auto-save and delete save data buttons.
- Add low health effect.
- Add appreciation sticker after beating the Nightmares stage.
